Print Ad SpecificationsThe Franchise Handbook will not be responsible for the quality of reproduction of any advertisement that is submitted for publication if it does not meet the specifications below. Preferred Materials We require digital files e-mailed (not to exceed 20mb) or sent on CD. Large files may also be FTP'd. Computer production is done on a Macintosh system: Quark XPress™, Adobe Acrobat™, Adobe Illustrator™, Adobe Photoshop™ or Adobe InDesign™. Preferred Formats Acceptable file formats are PDF, TIFF, EPS and JPEG. All images must be at least 300 dpi. Fonts must be included or converted to outlines. 4 Color: Please include color proof. Submit as above. When e-mailing, use Macintosh-compatible software in a TIFF, PDF or EPS file format. Please call for further information or for compatibility with IBM programs. Full page ads with full bleeds should measure 8"x10-7/8" with an additional 1/8" bleed on all sides. Text should be at least 3/8" from trim edge of full bleed ads.
