FirstLight Home Care, an award-winning provider of non-medical home care, announced that FirstLight Home Care of Myrtle Beach has been named Franchise of the Year. Owners Don and Craig Randall, a father-son ownership team, were among the many award winners recognized at the FirstLight Home Care national franchise convention in Nashville, Tennessee last week.
Franchise of the Year award winners were evaluated based on a variety of criteria including: third-party client satisfaction survey scores, caregiver retention, quality of service provided and year-over-year revenue growth. The Myrtle Beach FirstLight Home Care office, which opened in February 2012, offers a variety of companion and personal care services to residents of Cherry Grove, Conway, Georgetown, Litchfield Beach, Little River, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, Socastee and Surfside Beach.
"Don and Craig are true professionals who provide the high level of care we expect from our franchisees," said Jeff Bevis, FirstLight Home Care co-founder and CEO. "We're confident the services provided by the Randalls and their caregivers exceed the expectations of the communities they serve. They are committed professionals who seek to ensure the well-being and care of their clients."
